Complaints and having your say
When an office does not answer, there are channels that leave a trace.
Key facts
- Chikaya.ma is the national portal for complaints about any Moroccan administration. In 2024 it handled more than 1,300 requests and complaints from Moroccans abroad.
- Each consulate has an email address and, in several countries, a call centre for consular services. They are in our Directory.
- The Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad, CCME, is the advisory body that speaks for the diaspora.
- Political representation of Moroccans abroad is a long-standing demand that was still under debate in 2026.
Steps
- Write first to the office concerned and keep a copy.
- With no answer, file on Chikaya.ma with dates, names and documents.
- For a customs dispute, use the complaints page of the customs website.
